Second, I'll tour homes that meet your criteria.  You will be presented with a comprehensive package that organizes information about the neighborhood, the individual homes, and a comparison of those homes in terms of financial commitment. 

Third, I'll "crunch the numbers", looking at a comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for each home to help you make an informed decision about an offer price, and the value the home represents.
