• Arranging and handling requests for repairs and maintenance work.
• Inspections of the property periodically. 
• 24 Hour emergency answering service.
• Monthly financial statements and annual statements for tax purposes. 
• We will also pay any monthly mortgage payments, make any association dues payments, and deposit monthly proceeds in a local bank account if elected.
   

Management Fees:

Our management fees are based on a percentage of the monthly rent collected. We do not charge set-up fees and do not receive payment until rent is collected.
